Privacy Policy

When you inquire or enroll, we collect the information needed to assess an application and run a school: your child's name, date of birth, and school records, and a parent or guardian's name, contact details, and identification.

This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies of its own. Links to Facebook and Messenger take you to services with their own privacy policies.

To assess applications, place children at the right level, keep them safe, meet the reporting requirements of the Department of Education, and communicate with families.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for marketing. We disclose it only to government agencies where required by law, and to a receiving school when you request a transfer of records.

We publish photographs of children only with the written consent of a parent or guardian. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by messaging the school office, and we will remove the photograph.

Academic records are retained as required by the Department of Education. Inquiry information from families who do not enroll is kept only as long as it is useful, and disposed of after that.

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you may ask to see the personal information we hold about you and your child, correct anything inaccurate, or object to how it is processed. Message the school office to make any of these requests.
