The kinds of people we look for
Preschool and Grade School teachers
Licensed teachers, or education graduates working toward licensure, who want to teach this way rather than tolerate it.
Reading and tutorial specialists
For Instant Reader Fairview and our tutorial program. Experience with structured phonics is a strong advantage.
Teaching assistants
Often the route into a full teaching role here, and a genuine apprenticeship rather than supervision duty.
Administrative staff
The school office is the first voice most parents hear. We hire for patience and clarity.
