Admission Requirements
The documents to prepare for each level, listed so nothing is a surprise.
Bring originals and one photocopy of each. If a document is delayed at your child's previous school, tell us — we can usually proceed and follow up.
The documents below follow standard Philippine private-school practice. The school must confirm its own exact list, including photo sizes and quantities, before launch.
Every applicant brings
- PSA or NSO birth certificate
- Two recent 1x1 or 2x2 ID photographs
- Photocopy of a parent or guardian's valid government ID
- Completed enrollment form, issued at the school office
By level
Additional documents
Playgroup and Preschool
Birth certificate, ID photographs, and parent ID. For Kindergarten transferees, also bring the report card from the previous school.
Grade School (new pupils)
Birth certificate, ID photographs, parent ID, and the Kindergarten certificate of completion or the previous school's report card.
Grade School (transferees)
All of the above, plus Form 137, Form 138 (report card), and a certificate of good moral character from the previous school.
Whether a medical certificate or immunisation record is required is still to be confirmed by the school.
